This partnership marks a significant step forward in our mission. While we have long upheld the highest standards through our GOTS and OCS certifications, joining the ROA allows us to align with the Regenerative Organic Certified® framework—the highest standard for agriculture in the world.
Why Regenerative? Regenerative organic agriculture goes beyond the “do no harm” approach. It focuses on:
- Soil Health: Restoring carbon and building organic matter in the ground.
- Animal Welfare: Ensuring high-bar ethical treatment.
- Social Fairness: Protecting the livelihoods and rights of the farmers and workers who make our industry possible.
