As of May 2026, in a strategic partnership with UTAEM (International Agricultural Research and Training Center) and ETO (Ecological Agriculture Organization Association), we have officially transitioned from preparation to the active planting of cotton seeds.
This isn’t just another growing season; it is a fundamental shift in how we treat our most valuable asset: the Earth.
Revolutionizing the Field: Minimizing Disturbance, Maximizing Life
Conventional farming often depletes the land. To counter this, our Regenerative Organic Cotton Project utilizes a direct sowing method that prioritizes soil biology over traditional plowing techniques.
By keeping the soil ecosystem intact, we are fostering a resilient foundation for the fibers of tomorrow. Our methodology focuses on three core pillars:
1. Mulch-Covered Protection
Before the first seed was sown, the land was shielded by a dense layer of organic mulch. This “natural skin” serves a dual purpose:
- Moisture Retention: Drastically reducing the need for irrigation.
- Weed Suppression: Eliminating the need for aggressive tilling.
2. Direct Sowing
We utilize advanced direct sowing to plant our organic seeds directly through the mulch layer. This precision technology allows us to bypass the destructive “plow-and-turn” cycle, ensuring the soil structure remains stable and fertile.
3. No Tillage
By adopting a no-till approach, we protect the complex underground network of fungi, bacteria, and beneficial insects. Crucially, this method prevents carbon sequestration loss—keeping carbon trapped in the ground where it nourishes plants, rather than releasing it into the atmosphere.

Be Part of the Transition: A Call to Brands and Farmers
Egedeniz is committed to building a transparent, regenerative bridge between the cotton field and the final garment. As we expand our agricultural footprint, we invite forward-thinking brands to grow alongside us.
The seeds are in the ground, the ecosystem is thriving, and the results are growing daily.
